We cook good, honest, flavourful food that is British at its heart. There may occasionally be influences from other modern European cooking styles but we will seek to source British produce and prepare the dish in a British style where possible. We love taking advantage of rarer cuts of meat & cooking them low and slow in just the right way to enrich the meats with flavour.

A family business, with a passion for fresh produce, Reynolds supplies us with fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy and cheese. Started by William Reynolds and his fruit and vegetable stall in East London in 1945, their headquarters is now in Waltham Cross with William’s Grandson, Tom at the helm.
A leader in their field for reducing their environmental impact with reusable crates, electric vehicles and zero food waste to landfill amongst other things it is a pleasure to be part of their innovation.
